A gap in favour of men or women of 5 per cent or less is considered neutral by WGEA. This has been achieved by 15 ASX200 companies and 12 of the top 50 private firms.
There are 40 companies in the publicly-listed cohort, and seven in the private group for whom data was not available. This could be for a range of reasons including if the companies have fewer than 100 staff or are non-compliant under the law.
Each table is searchable, and can be ordered by each column.
Feedback on the tables can be sent to jgardner@afr.com.au
